Welcome to Flourish Health
Flourish Health is a Melbourne-based community OT practice supporting NDIS participants to live safer, more independent lives. We're building a practice that prioritises clinical quality, calm systems and sustainable workloads.
Prior NDIS experience is required for this position.
Demand is high in Melbourne's North / North-West corridor, and we're looking for a community OT who wants flexibility, autonomy, and a genuinely supportive environment.
Catchment
Your primary patch will be the North growth corridor - areas like Craigieburn / Mickleham and nearby northern suburbs. We schedule by geography so you're not driving across the whole city.
About the Role
Your day-to-day may include:
* Community-based OT services (home, school, community)
* Liaison with support coordinators, families and other providers
* Building a caseload around your strengths and interests
* Using streamlined tools, platforms and templates to reduce admin
* A balanced week that includes dedicated report/FCA time (so documentation doesn't swallow your evenings)
* Region-based scheduling + realistic workload expectations that factor travel into your day
* 4 days worked / 5 days paid = full-time salary in a compressed week.
What You'll Need
* Full AHPRA registration
* NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC
* Driver's licence + access to a reliable vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years occupational therapy experience
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
