We're on the lookout for a motivated, organised and values-driven Receptionist (Part-time hours approximately 14-15hours to support the growth and operational excellence of our boutique pelvic health physiotherapy clinic, The Pelvic Health Physio, based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast (Minyama).

Receptionist (Part-Time)
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients. You'll keep the front desk running smoothly, support our clinicians with timely admin, and help create a calm, caring experience in a purpose-led pelvic health clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience
* Greet patients warmly; manage check-ins and waiting room flow
* Answer phones and emails; handle enquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Manage bookings, waitlists, recalls and confirming appointments
* Process payments, HICAPS/private health claiming, invoices and receipts
* Collect and file patient forms; ensure accurate data entry and confidentiality
Daily Admin & Clinic Support
* Maintain tidy reception and treatment room turnover between patients
* Support basic stock tasks (front-of-house supplies, product sales, re-orders)
* Assist with simple reports ( end-of-day reconciliation)
* Follow clinic procedures and contribute to improving reception workflows
Compliance & Systems
* Adhere to privacy, confidentiality and infection-control procedures
* Use practice software confidently (e.g., booking, billing, secure messaging)
* Support Medicare/NDIS/private health processes as trained
About You
* 1+ year in medical/healthcare reception
* Warm communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
* Highly organised, accurate, and calm under pressure; great at multitasking
* Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems
* Experience with private health claiming, Medicare, and/or NDIS is a plus
* Values empathy, professionalism, and teamwork
