About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites across Western Australia, including public and private hospitals and clinics. Your duties will include performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. Additionally, you will maintain and expand your knowledge through continuous training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit customer sites across Western Australia, including public/private hospitals and private clinics.
2. Perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
4. Maintain and expand your knowledge through continuous training.
Requirements
1. Be trade qualified or university trained.
2. Hold a restricted electrical license.
3. Be comfortable working autonomously.
4. Hold an unrestricted driver's license.
5. Able to travel across state, interstate, and overseas.
6. Provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
