About the role:
As the Website Editor, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating Parks Victoria's websites and ensuring content accuracy, quality and consistency. The role supports day-to-day digital publishing, content editing and formatting, ensuring compliance with accessibility, visual brand and digital design standards. It works closely with IT to troubleshoot issues that impact customers.
About Us
The Communications and Engagement Directorate is Parks Victoria's hub for media, communications, engagement, and customer service, ensuring consistent and effective approaches that highlight the organisation's positive impact. It manages brand strategy, communications protocols, media enquiries, and customer interactions, while building tools, policies, and procedures that strengthen capability across the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience in content management systems, web editing and publishing
* Knowledge of accessibility standards
* Understanding of information architecture and digital design standards
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear, respectful communication; commitment to customer service
