Job Role Overview:
* Deliver high-quality care in clients' homes.
* Work independently with a supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide wound care, manage medications, and conduct health assessments.
2. Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals.
3. Empower clients through education and support.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN).
* At least 1 year in community, aged care, or acute settings.
* Driver's Licence, Police Check, CPR & Working with Vulnerable People check.
* Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
