Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Speech Pathologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with adults and/or paediatrics in a disability or rehabilitation setting.
* Experience with assessment and prescription of speech generating devices (highly desirable).
* Passion for evidence-based, client-centered care.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and support junior clinicians.
