About the role
We're looking for an experienced Events Producer to lead the delivery of show‑stopping, social‑first experiences. Reporting into the Head of Events, this role will oversee our most ambitious campaigns, from luxury retreats to large‑scale activations and mentor the events team along the way.
You'll be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of projects, from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams and external partners. As a strategic and creative thinker, you'll bring energy, ideas and operational excellence to every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
* Own the planning and execution of events and activations, both in Australia
* Assist with creative concepting, pitch responses, and client presentations for new business and repeat work
* Oversee risk assessments, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations
* Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Talent, and Social to ensure events integrate seamlessly across channels
* Act as the on‑site lead during live events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
* Track and analyse event performance and reporting, delivering key insights and learnings back to the business
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' experience in event management, ideally at an agency with exposure to influencer or brand‑led activations
* Strong track record delivering high‑quality, multi‑faced events
* Manage detailed event budgets from planning through reconciliation, ensuring all elements are delivered within scope and financial targets
* Creative thinker who understands the power of storytelling through experiences
* Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Confident communicator and leader with excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment
* Comfortable working flexibly, including some evenings, weekends and international travel
* Strong understanding of social platforms and how events translate across them
