Youth Drug & Alcohol Clinician – Bathurst & Dubbo
Position available: 1 in Bathurst and 1 in Dubbo.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (Up to 30 Jun 2026)
Location: Bathurst & Dubbo, NSW
Hours: 38 per week
Remuneration: $74,317.94 – $117,755.04 per annum (plus superannuation and salary packaging options)
About the role
Using innovative, evidence‑based skills and interventions, you will professionally support individuals seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use. You will take a trauma‑informed, person‑centred approach and employ an individualised, holistic model of care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional and social aspects of each person's journey. This role supports young people and their families.
Responsibilities
Deliver person‑centred care and support for young people with substance use issues.
Apply evidence‑based practice and trauma‑informed care principles.
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community agencies.
Provide education and resources to families and community stakeholders.
