A bit about your role
The Service Availability Manager is accountable for managing and continuously improving IT services delivered by SEO IT, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations across business units, service delivery partners, and access seekers. The role supports infrastructure and security, drives operational excellence, and ensures partner satisfaction through effective service governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.
