At Maas DPC, we are seeking a diligent Office Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of general office administration, including facility management and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
* Assisting the commercial manager with job-related duties
* Preparing communications, reports, and other correspondence
* Managing IT systems and asset registers
* Resolving IT issues with support from internal and external IT providers
* Overseeing employee timesheet submissions
* Organizing company events and onboarding new staff members
* Processing documents and data entry
* Providing assistance with accounts payable as required

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess:

* Excellent Microsoft PC skills and a high level of accuracy
* A proactive approach to work and ability to use initiative
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
