National Sales Manager – Branded Home Appliances (Sydney or Melbourne Based)
JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager or a Senior Key Account Manager for our Branded Home Appliance Division. In this role you will be responsible for selling in "Major Domestic Appliances" and also "Small Domestic Appliances" into major retailers operating within this space. This role is a combination of Business Development and Account Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Ensure sales targets are being met.
* Build and manage relationships with key buyers and decision makers.
* Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
* Create presentations & submissions to clients.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to maximise business opportunities.
* Expand the business within existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and leveraging existing partnerships.
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
* Proactively approach tasks at hand and be flexible in duties required to get the job done.
* Enjoy a deadline‑driven environment and collaborate with key internal teams.
* Gather market intelligence about competitors to perform SWOT analysis and increase competitiveness.
* Visit trade shows and factories to establish business relationships.

* Someone with experience within the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry.
* Business acumen, strong verbal, written and negotiation skills.

* Great attention to detail.
* Intermediate Excel skills with strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
