About the role
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter- Apprentice-Labourer to join our construction/ Demolition team in Yeppoon, Queensland. This full-time role will involve a variety of duties across carpentry, concreting, demolition and general labouring work to support our diverse range of construction/ Demolition projects.
What you'll be doing
* Carrying out carpentry tasks such as framing, formwork, and finishing work
* Carrying out Demolition duties
* Assisting with general labouring duties including site preparation, cleaning, and material handling
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
* Collaborating effectively with the wider construction team
What we're looking for
* Experience as a carpenter and/or labourer, with a strong working knowledge of construction techniques and procedures is welcome but not essential
* Trade qualifications or certificates in carpentry or a related construction discipline
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of construction work
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
