As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for providing a welcoming shopping workplace where the team delivers excellence in customer service.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year retail management experience
* Experience managing a team of 2 or more
* Solid customer service skills
* Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
* Analytical ability to identify store opportunities
* Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
* Robust visual merchandising skills and commercial/strategic thinking
* Interest in fashion and trends
* Strong personal style and presentation
* Ability to work independently and with others as required by roster
