Job Description
The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant supports reliable water supply for the community. It operates within an alliance model that brings diverse expertise together. The focus is long term asset health, sustainability and cost efficiency. The plant uses complex infrastructure that requires disciplined planning and safe delivery. It is a key part of the region's water security.
The Maintenance Manager is a pivotal member of the plant leadership team, responsible for optimising asset performance across the full lifecycle of our physical infrastructure. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands‑on leadership.
Core Capabilities
* Asset management strategy development and implementation
* Preventative and predictive maintenance planning
* CMMS data management and reporting
* Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management
* Risk assessment, compliance, and ISO 55001 alignment
* Project management from scoping to closeout
* A trades background within a fixed plant environment would be preferred
