Emergency Medicine Leadership Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing expert clinical care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. This involves delivering high-quality patient care with minimal supervision, responding to critical incidents such as MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls, and contributing to Continuous Quality Improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to work independently, lead clinical teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert clinical care with minimal supervision
* Responding to MET/Code Blue/Code Black calls as required during shifts
* Contributing to Continuous Quality Improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance
* Leading clinical teams to achieve outstanding results
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives within a multidisciplinary environment
Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, with appropriate specialist qualifications such as FACEM, FACRRM, or FRACGP.
