Key Responsibilities
* Provide welcoming experiences for customers visiting the branch.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored support.
* Address everyday banking queries and refer customers to specialists in Home Loans or Business Banking.
* Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing.
* Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our mobile app.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.
