BGS Windows are seeking a skilled Aluminium Window Fitter/Glazier to join our team in Bunbury, WA. This full‑time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to contribute to the installation of high‑quality aluminium windows and glazing into our projects. Installing high end windows and doors to commercial and residential projects across the regional South West Region of WA. Qualifications & Experience
* Trade qualified glazier expected, but non‑trade qualified considered if long term practical experience in trim fit installation of aluminium windows and doors.
* Prompt and professional.
* Glazing trade - not required but highly regarded.
* Security installers license - not required but highly regarded.
* Highly customer service orientated and an excellent communicator.
* Sound problem‑solving abilities with a broad general construction knowledge.
* Previous window related, site based trade experience / carpentry background.
* WA driver's licence, manual preferred but not essential.
* Keen eye for detail; maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OHS responsibilities.
* Applications must include up to date resume and current referees.
* Current Police Clearance.
* White Card essential.
* Working at Heights licence.
* Minimum 2 years work experience essential.
* AQF Cert III or equivalent or 3 years work experience in lieu of qualifications.
Tasks & Responsibilities
You will be working in the field, mainly with residential customers to complete new and replacement projects to a high standard. You will sometimes be required to work alone, but most tasks will see you work with a team to deliver quality projects to our customers. We also engage in specialised maintenance and remedial works, so multi‑skilled applicants are looked upon favourably.
* Safe removal of, and sound installation of a wide range of aluminium window and door products and retractable screens.
* Accurately measure, cut, and fit aluminium window frames.
* Install and seal windows and glazing to specification.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and safety standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
