Seeking a dedicated and qualified baker to join our team at a leading bakery franchise. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality control.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods
* Maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
* Training and guidance of junior staff members in production procedures
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with morning shifts starting at 4 AM. The ideal candidate has either completed a Certificate III in Baking or holds at least one year's relevant experience in the industry.
