Our Client is in need of a proven bank leader with strong sales leadership of a team of business bankers together with proven ability to drive success through engaged coaching/mentoring to uplift skill level of a team with less than 12months experience in the role.
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
1. Minimum of 5years sales leadership of a team of business/commercial bankers with YoY success achieving team KPIs/Targets
2. Strong reputation of success & hold networks within the Melbourne market to drive new business opportunities
3. Demonstrate strong coaching/mentoring ability with proven ability to uplift performance in business bank growth & service of a diverse client portfolio
4. Possess superior communication & engagement skills
5. Be a collaborative supportive leader known for high levels of staff engagement
6. Strong sales reporting & presentation skills
7. Strong influencing skills & a change champion

9. Be tertiary qualified
