Seeking a Personal Care Worker for Night Shifts
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide direct care and support to residents in our facility on a part-time basis for night shifts only.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in aged care.
Requirements
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
* Have at least 6 months of experience in the aged care sector.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
