**Quality Manager Role**
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care home meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve our quality of care. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide quality focused leadership and coaching to staff
* Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care
* Collaborate with leadership team to maintain Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement
* Ensure Government NQIP data is submitted and analyzed
* Coordinate and complete monthly Care Home Audits
* Manage and deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
* Strong interpersonal and delegation skills
* A passion for development, training, and education
* Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable
* Proven track record in identifying, delivering, and maintaining quality clinical care
* Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships
