Key Responsibilities

* Act as the professional front-of-house representative for the Sydney office
* Coordinate facility requests, maintenance, and service provider engagements
* Organise travel arrangements, flights, and logistics in line with internal processes
* Lead internal and external corporate event planning, catering, and venue sourcing
* Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to Executive and IT teams

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in an administration, office coordination, or facilities support role
* Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site organisation
* Exposure to vendor coordination or service delivery management
* High corporate standards in presentation, communication, and customer service
* A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement
