The role
About The Role
We are looking for a People and Culture Manager to help deliver an exceptional employee experience and support the continued growth of Hello Clever. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will play a key part in implementing people programs, supporting leaders and employees, and ensuring our people processes are scalable, effective and aligned with our culture. The successful candidate will be hands on, organised and people focused, with the ability to balance day to day employee support with broader people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Culture
- Support the delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Coordinate employee surveys, feedback programs and action planning activities
- Lead employee recognition and celebration initiatives
- Partner with leaders to drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Support internal communications and employee experience programs
Talent & Recruitment Support
- Support recruitment activities across the business as required
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and onboarding activities
- Partner with the People & Talent Specialist in Vietnam to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist with employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance review cycles and development processes
- Support managers and employees with performance and development conversations
- Assist in the rollout and administration of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Track completion rates and provide reporting on performance and development initiatives
- Coordinate learning and development activities, workshops and training programs
People Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
- Maintain employee records, HR systems and people documentation
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated
- Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Prepare people reporting, metrics and workforce insights
Employee Relations & Manager Support
- Provide first line support to employees and managers on people related matters
- Support employee relations processes and workplace investigations where required
- Assist managers with performance management and employee wellbeing matters
- Escalate complex issues to the Head of People & Culture when required
Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent or People Operations
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration (familiarity with Employment Hero is highly desirable)
- Experience supporting employee engagement, culture or learning initiatives
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
