The successful candidate will be based at Emerald Regional Office and broker strong relationships with school principals, early years teachers and educators, and other relevant stakeholders. The goal is to improve children's education and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop effective partnerships to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families based on defined early childhood data.
">
* Work with stakeholders and other partners to plan implementation of early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region.
">
* Maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Experience in the ECEC sector.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Familiarity with evidence-based practices and tools to improve the quality of early childhood education programs.
