Mars Healthcare are working with a well-regarded community-based organisation delivering specialised mental health support to individuals and families impacted by family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV). With continued growth, they're now looking for a Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team and help drive high-quality, trauma-informed care across the service. What you'll be doing This is a hands-on leadership role balancing clinical oversight, team support, and operational responsibility.
