Service Delivery Lead
The company is undergoing a significant demerger. We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to support the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA). The role will ensure the smooth delivery of IT services by acting as the escalation point, collaborating with Product teams who own direct service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide service delivery oversight, acting as the primary escalation point for IT service issues.
* Support IT with inputs on existing systems, processes, and data.
* Manage application support escalations to ensure service level targets are met.
* Partner with super users and end users, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
* Strong background in IT Service Management and escalation handling.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of IT architecture and system interactions.
* Experience in vendor management and ensuring service continuity.
* Exposure to change management within large-scale transitions or demergers.
* Previous experience in IT roles supporting business transitions, mergers, or demergers.
* Familiarity with multinational FMCG environments and Australian business contexts would be plus.
