Sales Coordinator (Full-time)
Permanent full-time Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Sponsorship team.
This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring effective team operations.

In addition to elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).
Responsibilities
Preparing proposals, contracts and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Coordinating the logistics and administration of race day corporate hospitality packages.
Managing existing and new customer relationships in a professional and positive manner.
Providing clear written and verbal communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
Managing end-to-end sales administration processes including contracts, invoices, floor plans and other race day deliverables.
Tracking sales performance against targets.
Providing on-the-ground support at race days, ensuring client expectations are met.
Assisting in delivering premium guest experiences for corporate partners and hospitality customers.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years' experience in sales coordination, account management support, or event coordination.
Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer service experience with a strong client-first mindset.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related field (Desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, confident engaging clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solution-focused, and willing to "roll up sleeves" to support the team.
