Job Title:

Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospital networks across Victoria.
o Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and referral partnerships.
o Lead business development efforts for mobile diagnostics division, expanding reach and awareness.
o Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings, and forums to enhance market presence.
o Collaborate with internal teams to support specialist onboarding and patient journey.
o Oversee marketing activities such as newsletters, digital campaigns, and video content aligned with growth targets.
o Provide regular reporting on KPIs, business activity, and strategic outcomes.
o Manage budgets and small team of outreach and administrative support staff.
Requirements:

o A minimum of 3+ years in business development, key account management, or stakeholder engagement within healthcare services.
o Proven success developing B2B relationships with healthcare professionals.
o Self-motivated, commercially savvy, and skilled in managing complex stakeholder environments.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Comfortable working autonomously.
