The Role: As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a top-performing agent. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will ensure every transaction runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales team, transacting over 100 deals a year Management, preparation of the entire sales, exchange and settlement process Building relationships and liaising with clients, internal teams and third-party suppliers CRM system management Compile reports Database management Preparation of listing proposals and appraisal presentations Management of social media Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external requirements Managing and organising calendars About You: To be successful, you’ll be proactive, polished, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential.
