Key Responsibilities:
* Elevate store performance by achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising.
* Motivate your team to excel in sales and added value targets.
* Closely monitor store sales and identify opportunities for growth.
* Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards.
* Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development.
* Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a sales assistant or supervisor with a proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets.
* A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
* Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
