Job Description
About the role
This role supports the growth and execution of Sambucol and Nature's Way across Southeast Asia. You will support regional brand strategy, coordinate initiatives, and enable consistent, high-quality execution across markets. Supporting innovation and NPD, including gate processes, artwork updates, and cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory and Supply chain to ensure compliant, timely delivery. This is a hands-on regional role.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting regional brand strategy and execution
* Translate plans into clear market toolkits
* Ensure brand consistency across markets
* Lead and support NPD projects
* Post launch optimisation
* Manage artwork updates, approvals, and version control
* Track market, competitor, and consumer insights
* Prepare presentations for regional forums
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. About You Desired Skills and Experience
* Marketing/ Business/Science degree qualified
* Strong project management and attention to detail
* Confident cross functional communicator
* Interest in regional / global brand career
