Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support based on residents' individual needs.
* Follow residents' personalized care plans and instructions from the Registered Nurse.
* Recognize and report changes in residents' health status promptly.
* Administer medication safely and correctly according to policies and procedures.
* Assist residents in maintaining optimal physical and mental well-being.
* Encourage residents to maximize their independence and participate in various activities.
* Respect residents' rights to make informed healthcare and residency choices.
* Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
* A genuine desire to care for frail-aged individuals.
* Effective communication skills in written and oral English.
* Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination records highly regarded.
* Willingness to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts.
* Immediate availability to start.
