This is a field-based role with an 80% account management / 20% new business focus. You will be responsible for approximately 100 active accounts, including electrical wholesalers, contractors and key installers. Your role will involve: • Daily face-to-face customer engagement across wholesalers and contractors• Product demonstrations and solution-based selling• Developing contractor pull-through via the wholesale channel• Influencing specification and product selection• Managing pricing, margin and promotional activity within territory• Identifying and converting new business opportunities You will operate autonomously on the road while being supported by a stable national leadership team.BENEFITS • $90,000 – $100,000 base salary• $17,000 car allowance• Superannuation• Uncapped bonus structure• Established territory with active accounts• Premium brand with strong market pull• Supportive leadership and long-term career pathways• Work from home, on the road and occasional office engagementCANDIDATE To be successful, you will align with one of the following profiles: A qualified Electrician looking to transition off the tools into a sales career, ideally with some prior customer-facing or commercial exposureAn electrical sales professional with experience selling to wholesalers, contractors or consultants (lighting experience advantageous but not essential)An electrical tradesperson (Electrician / Electrical Fitter Mechanic or similar) with ANY kind of B2B sales experience
