**About Your Role**
The SNF Dietitian is responsible for the provision of a high level of specialist clinical service to a complex case load within the Sustaining NSW Families Program and Healthy Children and Families stream.
The SNF Dietitian position is responsible for providing a specialist Adult/Paediatric Dietetic service including leadership, guidance and supervision to clinicians within the stream across the MLHD as well as the provision of a consultation service to the broader network of staff working across MLHD who are dealing with clients with complex needs to promote optimal health, wellbeing, growth and development of the child and the health and wellbeing of the family.
The Dietitian provides high level clinical consultation, advocacy education and support to the broader team and families including consultation with individual clinicians as well as collaborative input into team case conferencing.
