The suitable applicant will lead a diverse team of approximately 20 teachers to improve student outcomes in accordance with the school's Annual Implementation Plan.
The school has a strong focus on pedagogy and data analysis to inform teaching and learning
Responsibilities include:
* Support teachers to enhance the achievement and development of all students in every classroom across the full spectrum of capabilities
* Support staff in developing and enhancing the use of digital pedagogies
* Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
