This role involves leading and mentoring a team to carry out capital, maintenance, and customer-funded projects across overhead and underground low- and high-voltage networks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, schedule, and direct work to meet safety, quality, and budget targets.

* Plan and allocate work for crews and contractors
* Coordinate schedules to meet safety, quality, and budget targets
* Perform LV, HV, and transmission switching operations
* Oversee construction, maintenance, and repairs of power networks
* Mentor and coach team members to build technical capability
