About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Accountant to join a dynamic and collaborative team in a full-time position based in Norwood. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients
* Provide strategic business and tax advisory services to support client success
* Liaise with clients to understand their accounting and commercial needs
* Perform financial analysis and modelling to support business decision-making
What You'll Bring
* A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce
* CA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)
* 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in taxation and financial reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
* Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero (preferred but not essential)
