Description Create your best future and join us in the FM Product Operations Team What’s the role? The FPO Case Management Team plays a vital role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with multiple regulations, protecting both the bank’s reputation and financial assets. This team collaborates closely with Relationship Managers, Product Fulfilment, Global Derivative Reform, Credit, Legal, and Compliance to streamline the onboarding process for new and existing Fund client relationships with Westpac. Their responsibilities include managing Front Office requests related to Fund onboarding, Westpac Australia CIV FM onboarding, and remediation efforts. The Analyst is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all due diligence documentation is sourced, verified, and delivered to the WIB Operations teams efficiently. What do I need? Strong client focus with an emphasis on quality service and control Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Skilled in process ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making Capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines Strong time management, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to quickly learn concepts and procedures Proven expertise in project management Preferred Qualifications & Expertise Degree qualification preferred Strong knowledge of FM Product Onboarding, KYC, Compliance, AML procedures Deep understanding of the financial industry, particularly Institutional Banking Experience with multiple client types (Corporates, NBFIs, Trusts, Funds, Partnerships, etc.) Proven ability to adhere to controls and compliance standards Why join us?
