Your responsibilities include:
- Driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store.
- Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
- Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store.
- Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.
- Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively.
- Providing training to and supporting development of your team members.
- Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.
- Managing general store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.
- Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.
Experience Required
- Previous store management experience in retail to lead your team to success.
- A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience.
- Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
- Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
- A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
