In this role you will lead critical compliance and risk programs within our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) function. CIAM plays a vital role in safeguarding customer interactions across all touchpoints, operating under Group Finance and Corporate Risk. As Senior Delivery Manager, you will drive end-to-end business and technology project delivery across multiple business units and channels. You'll manage technical, commercial, and operational aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope while optimizing customer experience. Success in this role demands strong stakeholder management, experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple compliance and risk projects within CIAM, ensuring alignment across business units and channels.
* Manage Cross-Functional Teams to achieve project objectives.
* Deliver all CAPEX and OPEX led or supported projects within agreed project schedules and budgets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting while ensuring adherence to governance standards and KPIs.
* Identify business impacts, resolve escalations, and maintain smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
* Promote iterative development based on customer needs and foster team capability growth and market knowledge.

* Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
* 5+ years managing large, complex programs and integration of multiple systems.
* Proven ability to lead delivery teams and engage senior stakeholders.
* Strong experience in CAPEX/OPEX financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
* Proficient in IT project delivery using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, cultural adaptability, and high-level presentation skills.
