Oracle Fusion SaaS Admin & Security (Anywhere in Australia)
Summary
The Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS), including Financials, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain modules. This role ensures system stability, manages environment updates, user access/security, and serves as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders for all SaaS administration tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–7 years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) applications.
* Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS security model (role-based access control).
* Experience with Oracle Support (My Oracle Support - MOS) and SR management.
* Proficiency in tools like ADFdi, HDL, BIP, Smart View, OTBI, and FSM.
* Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
* Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with Oracle for resolution.
* Configure and manage OAuth2 security keys and client credentials in the OCI Console for secure integration with external systems.
* Manage Fusion SaaS Security Credentials via OCI IAM or IDCS for REST/SOAP API integrations.
* Maintain and monitor SSO and federation settings from OCI Console.
* Configure Cloud printers (IP-based) in OCI and associate them with Fusion ERP or SCM for automatic document printing.
* Set up notification services, monitoring alerts, and OCI Logging/Monitoring for SaaS integration layers.
* Coordinate with Oracle for OCI-level networking configurations such as allow-lists, gateway policies, and SaaS connectivity validation.
* Knowledge transfer to support teams.
