**The client**
Our client is a luxury residential developer with a reputation for creating and delivering some of Sydney's architecturally significant projects. The Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore is their focus, and they have multiple projects in different stages of development. New acquisitions are important to them so they can continue to top up their pipeline of future projects in blue chip areas.
**The role**
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Managing Director as well as working alongside an accomplished Senior Development Manager you will be working on multiple luxury residential apartment projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Research on Recent Sales & Development Site Sales
- Feasibility Analysis to Evaluate Viability of Potential Acquisitions
- Coordinate Submission of a Variety of Applications including DA's
- Manage & Coordinate the Appointment & Performance of Consultants
- Assist with Identification & Management of Project Risks
**Skills & experience**
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager on residential apartment projects. Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
- Capable in Excel (Estate Master is a bonus).
- Experience in the Development Industry as an ADM
- Problem Solve, Plan & Have Strong Organisational & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills for Liaising & Managing Stakeholders
