Job Description
We are seeking a Culture Leader to oversee and implement our operational diversity initiatives across multiple sites. This role involves driving site-wide initiatives, providing guidance on employee relations and disciplinary processes, and championing leadership capability and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and coaching P&C Business Partners to support operational leaders
* Driving performance reviews, succession planning, and salary reviews
* Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management in partnership with Group P&C
* Providing guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution
* Championing leadership capability and inclusive culture across the site
* Supporting enterprise bargaining and industrial relations matters
* Overseeing compliance, reporting, and payroll coordination
Requirements
You will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Business or a related discipline, and have Senior Generalist HR experience in operational environments such as mining, manufacturing or construction. You are a confident communicator, a trusted advisor, and a capable leader who thrives in dynamic settings.
