Job Summary:

">">We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custody Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intricate documentation processes, interpreting regulatory requirements, and preparing critical documents.">

About the Role:

">">In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and offshore branches regarding all documentary matters. You will be responsible for handling diverse requests ranging from account maintenance to complex document interpretation while ensuring every process aligns with global standards.">

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

">">- Serving as the trusted liaison between clients, offshore branches, and internal teams on all matters related to documentation.
">- Managing a wide range of client documentation requests including account maintenance tasks such as Electronic Payment Signatory set ups, as well as additions or removals for signatories.
">- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company documentation requirements including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts to support client needs effectively.
">- Interpreting complex global documentation requirements and implementing appropriate actions to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
">- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their documentary needs and providing tailored support throughout their projects.
">- Negotiating constructively with both internal teams and external clients to facilitate swift completion of deliverables while maintaining high standards of service.
">- Partnering closely with local and regional stakeholders to execute strategies that align with broader business objectives and enhance overall client satisfaction.
">- Maintaining rigorous discipline in case management by logging, tracking, and reporting all client requests in a timely manner using established systems.
">- Adhering strictly to all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent delivery against agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
">- Collaborating seamlessly with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive initiatives that support the wider franchise agenda.">

About You:

">">We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry. You should have a comprehensive understanding of company documentation processes, including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts. Additionally, you should be able to interpret global documentation requirements accurately and apply them within operational frameworks.">

">">- Have excellent problem-solving skills to comprehend complex client needs and respond efficiently under time constraints.
">- Possess strong relationship-building abilities to support clients effectively throughout their projects while fostering trust.

">- Have experience collaborating with stakeholders at various organisational levels to drive strategies that support overarching business goals.
">- Maintain a disciplined approach to case management, including logging, tracking, and reporting, to maintain transparency and accountability.
