What do we need you to do?
o Effectively manage client services that uphold each client's unique needs in an environment where care needs can change rapidly.
o Facilitate your team's development, driving performance improvement to promote the continued viability and growth of the service.
o Understand changes occurring within the sector and your community, incorporating these into the business plan for your service.
o Work for the continuous improvement of our service to ensure it's the best it can be, in line with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
What do we need you to bring?
o Ideally, we're looking for previous experience in aged or community care. Still, if you have extensive experience in Social Services, Management or Human Services and have worked in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you, too.
o A good networker to develop partnerships with participants external to the organisation.
o Solid financial management with a track record in delivering operational strategies
o Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change
o Great understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices
o We are also looking for someone with extensive knowledge of AN-NACC and a current AHPRA registration.
