Assisting customers and supporting their journey towards employment, education & training is at the heart of this role. We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to work in our National Administration Centre in Adelaide.
This position involves handling inbound telephone calls with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. You will provide ongoing support, mentoring and training to all staff, and assist a diverse range of customers across Australia.
