Your Key Responsibilities Will Encompass:
* Strategic HR Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective on-boardingprograms, and implementing strategies to retain top talent in the Australian market.
* Employee Relations & Compliance: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act, etc.), and fostering positive employee relations.
* Learning & Development: Identifying training and development needs, sourcing or developing relevant programs, and supporting employee growth.
* Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance management processes that drive individual and team performance.
* Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
* Workplace Culture & Engagement: Championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and fostering strong communication.
* HR Administration & Reporting: Maintaining accurate HR records, utilising HR systems effectively, and providing insightful HR reports.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a senior HR generalist role within Australia.
* A strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act, and relevant HR legislation.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the key objectives of an organisation.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
* A genuine passion for people and creating a positive and productive work environment.
