FT Farming Group is a growing, hands-on fresh produce business that works directly with growers and global customers. We're smart, fast and commercially driven — and we're looking for an Export Manager who knows how to trade, move product and make things happen.
This is not a desk-only role. It's for someone who loves the deal, enjoys building long lasting relationships, owns the outcome and thrives in a high-tempo environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll run our export trading operation end-to-end — from sourcing fruit and veg to getting paid.
That means you'll be:
* Buying export-quality produce straight from growers
* Selling into international markets and managing key export customers
* Coordinating logistics from farm to port (air & sea)
* Working with our Admin team to make sure of the accuracy of our export documentation without breaking a sweat
* Forecasting volumes, aligning packaging and managing shipping schedules
* Managing grower returns, invoices, debtors and cash flow
* Making smart commercial calls to protect margins
* Hitting sales and profit targets — and enjoying it
You'll have real autonomy, real responsibility and the freedom to run your patch like it's your own.

You'll Win In This Role If You...
* Have 5+ years' experience in fresh produce export or trading
* Know international produce markets and how they move
* Can build strong relationships with growers, customers and logistics partners
* Understand freight, shipping and export paperwork inside out
* Have a sharp commercial brain (margins, cash flow, timing matter)
* Are organised, decisive and calm under pressure
* Enjoy fast days, big decisions and plenty of responsibility
