Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team and provide strategic guidance to achieve positive outcomes
* Ensure staff are equipped with contemporary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional disability services
* Foster partnerships with families and supporters to drive meaningful outcomes
* Manage service delivery, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and staff ratios
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in delivering exceptional services
* Investigate and manage incidents and complaints in a timely manner
* Operate within our organisational values and participate in an on-call roster
