About the role
Apollo Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled tradespeople in the delivery of high-quality energy solutions to our residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our expanding organisation.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting tradespeople with the installation, maintenance and repair of various energy systems, including solar panels, batteries and electrical equipment
2. Safely transporting and handling materials and equipment to job sites
3. Performing general labour tasks such as lifting, installing and preparing work areas
4. Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
5. Participating in on-the-job training to continuously expand your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
1. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
2. Basic hand tools experience and the ability to follow instructions
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
5. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
